• Where is the store based?

• Is shipping in the US free?

  Yes! All orders made in the U.S. are free with no price restrictions!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! Shipping rates apply according to the U.S. Postal Service prices.

• How long will it take to process my order?

  Please allow up to 48 hours for me to process your order. I appreciate your patience!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Where do you purchase your supplies?

• The original art piece I wanted is sold out. Will you be making another one?

  Unfortunately, I generally do not make more than 1 original art piece. Once it's sold, it's gone forever! I create art as a form of expression for myself and because it's fun for me. If I repeatedly make something just for profit or because there's a high demand for it, it no longer becomes fun for me.

• Do you create custom artwork?

  No, I am currently not creating custom orders until further notice. Please go to the menu and select the "Custom Artwork" link for more information.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
